Mr. Viscogliosi is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Centinel Spine, the successor to Surgicraft Ltd. and Raymedica, LLC as of August 2008. Mr. Viscogliosi has >20 years of operations and turn-around experience in the orthopedic industry, which included being on the board of Small Bone Innovations, Inc., and applies such expertise within the active oversight of Centinel’s day-to-day operations.
Marc R. Viscogliosi

Mr. Viscogliosi is a founder of Paradigm Spine and has been its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Managers since August 2004. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Viscogliosi was a cofounder and secretary of the Board of Directors of Spine Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by Synthes-Stratec in 2003.

Mr. Ward has served as CFO of leading medical device manufacturers including his most recent position as CFO of Small Bone Innovations (acquired by Stryker Corp.) Mr. Ward has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance roles and formerly served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at International Technidyne Corp as well as Director of Accounting and Financial Systems at Howmedica Orthopedics (acquired by Stryker Corp).
Joseph Chan
General Counsel
Mr. Chan is the General Counsel of Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC and its portfolio companies. Mr. Chan has more than 24 years of legal experience, including over 16 years in a senior role in medical device and orthopedic companies and over 8 years as a senior attorney in national law firms. Prior to Viscoglisoi Brothers, Mr. Chan was a Senior Counsel at Becton, Dickinson & Company. Mr. Chan has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt offerings, strategic alliances, intellectual property, litigation, governmental investigations, employment, compliance and clinical and regulatory matters.
